Attorney's complaints prompt Waukesha County judge to hold meeting on pretrial OWI programs

A defense attorney's vigorous objections to intoxicated driver intervention programs and similar pretrial monitoring for Waukesha County defendants prompted an unusual meeting and a sharp exchange between the attorney and the chief judge Monday.
