Supreme Court revives appeal in woman's injury

The state could be back on the hook for part of a $3 million civil judgment awarded in 2008 to an elderly Waukesha County woman injured during a robbery at her home two years earlier, after a Wisconsin Supreme Court ruling Wednesday.
